Axiome
Since it was planted in 2017, this plot of Chardonnay has only known Biodynamic agriculture. It was harvested for the first time in 2019 to give this cuvée Axiome.
After a long, gentle pressing, the wine was vinified in barrels with indigenous yeasts and aged at least for 8 months.
This white Beaujolais Lantignié, 100% Chardonnay, combines concentration, roundness and finesse.
